I'm hypothesizing that it might have something to do with them being treated as resource packs or some side-effect of uploading so many things in one session that somewhere along the way, it started accumulating things it should have. It's hard to say until we can reproduce it.

Featured has no bearing on the contents of the file at all - what was posted above shows that the tileset's contents in the ZIP contained other resources. It's just a bit flag that I flipped.

It's an artifact of having been built on my computer but has no other significant beyond that, nor do I know how to remove it offhand (maybe the ANT script can be altered to strip it out?)

I would probe individual resources from each category to see what's gone bad and devise a plan to fix this incrementally.

It seems like the tileset came bundled with other resources, so it must have happened at the time of upload. It's a shame that we'll probably have to redo all our uploading work that Ceric did this weekend if many things are affected.

You can usually make an educated guess on what the problem is based on the 3rd line of the error, even if the top 2 lines are unknown. I'd check what's called at in at the line number given.

The power button is shockingly close to where the start button used to be.

True, but it won't instantly shut the system down like the old switch actually could if you were unlucky to swipe it while taking it out of your pocket.

It does seem like they're trying to phase out the start/select buttons which admittedly have become pretty useless in many of the recent DS games.

I would also recommending tweaking the first stage to be gentler - decrease the speed for just this stage and put a background behind the text to make it stand out more. An unaware player may get frustrated at the "pace" even though they may get it after a few deaths, if they stick around. Games lose most players within the first 10-30 seconds of play. We're an accommodating audience, but the general populace, as you've seen is much less so.

How the music is played is irrelevant to the discussion. I'm just saying that building a "game" to play a music file is a bad idea that doesn't scale.
