b10249, running on windows 10. Happens on windows export and html5.

By using the "clear image using image" block, and have part of the "used image" be outside of the boundaries of the base image, distorts the "used image."

On the left and right borders, the used image gets distorted in a very specific way, and the further the image is, the more distorted it gets. On the top border, the bottom of the "used image" gets cut off.

Flash has the correct behavior, to check how it should look like. Replacing clear with retain also doesn't have this issue.

Sample game:  scene event tints the screen, and clears the image at the mouse's position. Move the mouse outside the window in all directions to see the distortions and cut off.

Fixed in b10250.

In that sample game the FPS looks fine but the memory shoots up quickly, so to slow that down you can avoid clearing the image if the mouse hasn't moved.

Fix confirmed. And thanks for the memory heads up. I already do that in my game, but didn't know it affected memory usage.
