Bug Issue: Debug Draw crashes game (sometimes ...)

Sometimes, when debug draw is turned on, the framerate will dip precipitously from 60 fps to 1-2fps and then the game will crash within moments. b9703, logs attached.

EDIT: it doesn't seem to matter how much drawing is being done. Small amounts cause the same problem.

Also, the collision boxes for actors are not drawn correctly. The top of the box is missing.

The display bug is fixed in b9798.  There's still the matter of performance which seems to affect all non-Flash platforms including HTML5.  This other issue is probably the same performance problem: http://community.stencyl.com/index.php?issue=1100.0
