Bug Issue: SOLVED - PAUSE and UNPAUSE create a delay in the game

SOLVED the below issue by setting my soundtrack as a "Sound Effect" not as "Music".  This forces the game to load the entire soundtrack into memory, instead of streaming it. I guess this solution won't work for all games if they are memory intensive.

Build9786, windows 10, testing on Android devices. This issue does not happen when testing in Flash.

Basically I have a button in the game that can PAUSE and UNPAUSE the game.
When I press PAUSE, the game pauses just fine.
When I press UNPAUSE, it takes the game a good second or two to UNPAUSE.
