Stencyl starting at wrong window size

This has been bugging me for a while and I finally figured out how to reproduce it.

Using latest macOS

1. Maximize Stencyl (alt + zoom button)
2. Minimize Stencyl
3. Quit Stencyl
4. Relaunch Stencyl
Stencyl starts at smallest window size in bottom-left corner of screen instead of starting maximized.

• Issue renamed from "Stencyl starting in wrong window size" to "Stencyl starting at wrong window size"

• Tags added: ui layering
