Sound effects no longer work in Safari v12.0. They work fine in Chrome and Firefox (b10016)

FYI the sounds can technically be enabled by using CTRL+click on the URL in the browser window, selecting "settings for this website", and changing the auto-play setting to "allow all." I'm hoping there's a better solution on the authoring side of course!

Also, Chrome displays a warning in the inspector that their web audio auto-play policy will be changing soon, which seems like it might result in a similar issue on Chrome in the near future. https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes#webaudio

This isn't an issue for me on either mobile or desktop Safari. I think this has already been fixed in the third-party frameworks we use.
