Bug Issue: Faded Looping sound returns to 100% volume each loop

1. Loop sound effect
2. Fade volume to a low value, like 10%
Result: When the sound effect loops again (provided the fade has finished), it will return to 100% volume.

This occurs whether you're fading a single channel or fading all sound, including when you fade all sound completely out.

That bug is fixed but now you can't loop the sound again later on the same channel, it doesn't work. (b10235)

Can you upload a simple test game exhibiting the issue, please? I'm not seeing any such problem.
