When testing on HTML5, all sounds (Music and Sound Effects) are muffled and get random pops. This is not the case on Flash. I haven't tested any other platforms as of yet.

Okay, I've made some changes to our copies of Lime/OpenFL.

- Panning and position are two distinct operations on audio streams. Where possible, panning does not go through 3D spatialization now.
- Panning and position are only enabled if explicitly set, to avoid unnecessary CPU burden.

The issue with setting the 3D position for sounds on HTML5 causing them to become muffled is still there, but again, we don't provide blocks for that in Stencyl anyway.

This will be part of the public 4.0.3 release.

Also, before I forget, a note on platform differences regarding sound spatialization:
On native targets (desktop, mobile), we use OpenAL to play sounds. When the sound is stereo, OpenAL doesn't apply any spatialization, and we depend on spatialization to simulate panning. So stereo sound = no panning on desktop/mobile.
