Bug Issue: anchored actor: text drawn appears BELOW actor

I'm nearly 100% sure this problem started when Jon added shader support and added the block that exempts anchored actors from shaders.

I'm pretty sure it now draws the actor above everything else BUT text drawn using the "when drawing" event is being drawn on the original layer, below the actor.

If I change the game's camera zoom with "Engine.engine.master.scaleX (or Y)" then the text is affected by the change and changes size (bad/buggy) but the actor is not (which is perfect).
