I've been meaning to report this for a while, but I couldn't figure out how to reproduce it until now.

If you duplicate a scene, then continue to make changes in the behavior settings to the existing scene, the changes will not save until the scene is reloaded. (I'm pretty sure this occurs on anything that is duplicated--not just scenes).

This produced the error for me:
Create a scene "Scene 1" and load a behavior onto it. Then modify one of the attributes.
Copy the scene "Scene 1 Copy"
Change an attribute in "Scene 1", then reload the scene. The change in the attribute should revert back to what it was set to before the scene was duplicated.
