Bug Issue: Block doesn't follow scroll on macOS Sierra

When I grab a block and try to scroll with it on Sierra, it doesn't follow the cursor and I wind up grabbing other blocks while the primary mouse button is held

Justin probably has a better memory than I do, but I recall this kind of thing happening in the past between Mac OS updates.

This actually appears to be an issue with the 3rd party mouse software I'm using

What's that? I fixed some issues with BetterTouchTool, I might be able to fix this too.

USB Overdrive. It actually happens regardless of the application I'm using it in but I never noticed because I don't usually find myself scrolling while holding down the left mouse button. Definitely not an issue Stencyl can fix
