The 'set opacity of Actor to x%' block sometimes doesn't work. This seems to happen whenever there's a slight impact on the fps of the game. For example clicking or tapping fast can result in this block getting skipped.  I've attached a very simple demo project in which this can be tested.

If you click fast some of the created actors won't change their opacity eventhough they should do this on creation. The bigger the impact on the fps is, the more likely it is for the skipping to happen. Click the game's title bar to produce a strong lag and see an extreme case.

This happens independently of the event type, it's not exclusive to the 'when creating' event and it didn't happen with any other behavior block I've tested.

This seems to work fine now, perhaps as a result of recent tweening improvements, since this seems to be somewhat time-based.
