We decided to stop our game development because the build 9300 is unstable.
We can run our game on Mac to quickly test our game. But when we decide to run the game on iOS or Android, our game crashes.

-First we found that there is a problem with Multi-touch. "On Screen button" is buggy and make ou game crash. So we decided to suppress the behavior until we find a solution for left/right and Fire button.

-Now, when we run the game on iOS, songs or missing!!!
exemple: "When Created" -> "Play sound - My Sound"
Result: The scene starts with no sound!!!

Everything is ok on Mac!!! The game works perfectly...

But compiling process to run on iOS and android is problematic.

Are the sounds always missing or does it happen randomly?  Also if you have logs for Android that would help.

Hmm, I wonder why the problem would only be on iOS.  I don't notice any sound-related errors in your logs.  Try Run > Clean Project and see if that solves the problem.

I decided to reuse the "On screen button" behavior.
I run the game on my android device. The Device monitor is on.
The game crashes again when touch the left or right control button.
Here is a copy of the log.
This line appears:
01-06 12:33:18.740: A/libc(22882): Fatal signal 11 (SIGSEGV) at 0x00000000 (code=1), thread 22902 (Thread-4025)

Unfortunately there isn't more useful information that I see so I can't say specifically why the on-screen button behavior isn't working for you.

As far as the sound issue goes, I see a lot of "No channels available to play sound".  That indicates you're attempting to play a sound many times a second which you should not be doing.

hello, I also have the same problem with the behavior "on screen button", even exposing the simple game dungeons in android without changing anything, just touch the screen closes the app  :'(

No problem with multi-touch, but on-screen button was out of date and needed a small update to keep functioning. The bundled on-screen button behavior was updated in April of 2017. If you included that behavior in your game before then, you'll need to remove it and reattach from the bundled behaviors to get the update.

I've updated the Dungeons sample game with the fix.
