Bug Issue: "set blend mode for layer" block is flash only

The block is marked as Flash-only and when testing in Windows it does nothing. It should be useable for standalone as long as you use the supported blend modes, right?

I recall Justin saying the layer blend modes in 3.5 still don't function the same as they do in Flash, but if they aren't doing anything at all then that's probably not intentional.

Setting blend modes in the scene editor works great and I haven't had any problems with how things look in-game, it's just the block that does nothing.

Even when using scene blend modes I'm not seeing anything happen in Windows.  I'm testing add and multiply with actors overlapping other actors as well as a background but it looks the same as normal.  Flash looks fine, of course.

Oh. I only use layer blend modes for tiles. I think what Justin mentioned was that layer blend modes don't affect actors in standalone, so I think that's working as intended.
