How do I create a polygon region cause I can't find it, I can only find how to create a box and circular region.

In the scene editor, if you right click the create region symbol it should show the options, box, circle and polygon.

I did that but it only shows box and circle.

That's weird. I was working with polygons yesterday and now I can't find them in regions.
Edit: I think maybe you have to have a polygon shaped actor present in the scene to work with them, or you can create the region yourself in Events.

Polygon Regions is not supported for iOS.
Free Time:

There are quite a few exceptions such as this (i.e. no custom polygonal regions on iOS).
Is there a list of these exceptions / differences somewhere?
If not, I think it would be a good idea to formally list them; it's so easy to waste a lot of time on these issues which, if documented could be avoided.
