Ok I fixed this one
.. in my case I had a actor that I create at a random position and then move it in a random direction at a random speed. But on the physics section of the actor I had it set to it 'cannot move' this caused some conflict obviously somewhere. This also screwed with the collision side of things. Hope this helps the next person struggling with this.

Thanks for reporting back and congrats on finding the problem.
Someone should document all such finds for reference as once you know what they are it's easy to fix.

I'm experiencing this same error but when switching animations on an actor. I've tried changing "Cannot Move" and enabling physics but still receiving this error.
Anyone else seen this?
Thanks
