What music files does Stencyl support

I use music programs that allow me to simulate nes and snes sounds. Does Stencyl support wav files?

No. It's a Flash limitation, and .wav files are too huge to use for music anyway. You need to convert them to MP3.

How would I go about converting them? I use 2 programs Famitracker and Pxtone. Please give me some suggestions of what you use to make music and sounds

Open .wav files in Audacity and export them as .mp3
