Could anyone  make me a top down view car?

With costumes for turning right and left.

What kind of car? Race car? Sports car? Sedan? Old, new? Red or White or Black? What size does it need to be?

And what do you mean by "costume"?

He's probably Scratch guy. There animations are called costumes.

A blue one or a red one what ever... the length should be about 50px or less.
