Looking for: Ideas, Artist, and Designer! (Split Payout) [Filled]

Hello everybody, my name is Tom, also know as Tgbtom. I have been in the Stencyl community for a while now and spent over a year working on a project called Renewal. This project has failed to do me any good, as I set very high expectations for it. Anyways, Renewal has currently been put on hold so I can actually get some smaller game completed. I would like to make a few smaller games that I would actually be able to release to Kongregate and Newgrounds.

What I am looking for is any ideas on games that would be fairly small. I have practically unlimited abilities with coding on Stencyl, so throw your ideas at me . On top of this I am also looking for someone that could do art and/or design for the game. I am willing to split all revenue evenly with anyone who works with me.
    E.G. If I have a Designer, and an artist working with me we would split 33/33/33
           If I have just one other person working with me we would split 50/50
 
If an artist or designer cannot be found I can fill these jobs with my own skills, however from experience that is a lot more time consuming.

P.S I plan on doing all of the code and such by myself (easier for organization).

Ideas can be a small tycoon game. Some could be niche like Internet Cafe Tycoon or Grocery Store Tycoon (these ideas can be done as they haven't been done, I believe).

If they are too big you could make a small TD game or even use my idea of a game as a menu based management game. You could use the idea I have for a first project but knowing me I will never make it as I have no artist skills and I am finding it difficult to find artists any where. The game I was making for my first project was going to be Game Dev Studio style game more management based than tycoon based as in a lot different than Game Dev Story on the iPhone and Android system and Game Dev Tycoon for Windows. It will be similar to GameBiz 3 which was the first game I really loved that got me thinking of programming management/simulation games.

I can give you ideas and concepts for the logic of game rating and other mathematical formula's for such projects also you could think that these games are still to big and then I am happy for throwing ideas out there

Thank you I appreciate the ideas! I'm now starting to think up some different types of simulation games/management games and there is potential for a fun game. It doesn't seem like too big of an idea so long as I can come up with a good design before I actually start coding it. I like your ideas for sure, but please feel free to post ANY other ideas you may have, as I am willing to make pretty much any game that would show potential. I am hoping to get at least  10,000 plays on flash websites, but would be great to have more! So any ideas that would bring in lots of players are good ideas

Oh and also, math equations and such for logic will not be required, although I do appreciate the generous offer, I've found my way around all the problems I've been faced with so far... I have a pretty good brain for math

P.S Renewal started out as just a menu based management game, then it progressed ;P


Edit*** What does everybody think about maybe even a zombie tower defence? I already have a few zombie sprites for renewal, I could probably complete the code for something like this in about a month (with school in mind).

Making a standout zombie td game is quite a challenge. There are so many bad ones, many more mediocre ones and a few good ones out there already.

I've thought about something where enemies "communicate" and actually work together. That might be a little ambitious, but it could really come down to how simple or complicated you try to make the logic (basic defense versus highly coordinated maneuvers).

Alright I kind of understand what you are saying. Some good ideas could come up involving such a concept. I like it and I'll see if I can brainstorm any brilliant ideas with it!

So everyone ! We , the programmer (TGBTom) and I (the game designer), have a game that set in our minds (gameplay,story,and related stuff) we need an ARTIST ! anyone ? drop TGBTom a pm if you're interested (it will be fun + you'll be paid after all -details when TGB PMs you-)
