Thanks aeklad. I'm hoping to get back to working on it next week when life calms down for me (it's finals time for seniors, so I'm going rather crazy trying to tutor them all ;) ).

Okay, it's been a long time to updating this thread, but there's a good reason. The tutorial is virtually done now (finally!). The core of it is all in place. The only things left are on the interface. I even have the game at the end in place. I just need to make it more newbie-friendly for using. It's been a long road, but it's good to have the core all set. It is fully usable in its current state, so please feel free to learn from it (note that there is no way to get back from the game section; that's something I still have to add in).

Thanks Phaser. It's comments like yours that keep me going. I'm hoping to finish this tutorial very soon (at latest by the end of the month; it's finals time right now, and I have a lot of individual requests keeping me busy this week).

The tutorial itself is completed. It's the user interface that's still lacking. I already made a better GUI for the 100% zoom feature. I'm trying to put in the slide bar and some extra parts in to explain better how to get around in the tutorial.

Okay, a lot of tweaks have been done to the GUI. I now REALLY need feedback on it, how it runs, what features are self-explanatory (and which are not :P). The one thing I can think of that is missing is a startup page to explain the features (such as being able to click on the progress bar, clicking actually in the interface, etc.), but I don't want that to be a wall of text, so I'm trying to figure out a good way to make that part interesting too.

The file is actually in the same location (Stencyl found the old one when I was updating it this time): http://www.stencyl.com/game/play/26503

Okay, I put together an opening scene. I now think I am 100% complete, but before I publish it fully, I really want to make sure. So, PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK!

Is there anything that can be improved on? Anything that is lacking? Anything you really like (so I know to not change it :P)?

Please let me know!

Tutorial is officially up now! I did some extra changes at the last minute, including putting in some links. If you like it, I could really use some (preferably positive ;) ) ratings! :D

Goodness! You really went all out, didn't you? I kind of blew through it (since I'm not a beginner, 200+ screens of mostly stuff I know would have been a drag) but it was clear to see that you really went into a lot of detail particularly with the what and where with behavior building. My impression for what its worth is that you did a fantastic job.
Do NOT PM me your questions, because I likely will not respond. If I have replied to your question on the forum, keep using that topic. Thanks!
