Now scaling works well.
He appeared another problem ....with atlases think:  My FPS decreases from 60 to 3,4,5 max 14 and the game is moving slowly. On the latest version of Stencyl works perfectly .

Which latest version are you talking about? Are you saying it works perfectly now; or are you saying it worked perfectly in the latest public beta or other version, and now with the latest nightly build it doesn't?

In the latest Stencyl (b8137) moves in slow motion (FPS 4.......MAXIM 14 OF 60)

Do you see anything unusual in the log viewer? Or can you narrow it down somehow by disabling certain behaviors to see which causes the slowdown?

Is it on Android? Try with 3.3, there was one major performance bug fixed for the release.
