initiate google play on start screen?

if i initiate google play games on the start screen it initiates everytime it goes to the start screen how do i make it so it just initiates right when the app is opened?thanks

I often have 2 start screens for my games. One that starts looping the music and loading things etc, and the actual start screen which is just a start screen where everything links from.
