Image too big?! (Font via Image) -HELP

Hey guys,
I can't get passed the "image too big" error when trying to add a new font via the image option.
It says that the image is not allowed to exceed 1024 in any dimension but the one I am trying to use is alot smaller than that, so any ideas? Thanks
