Had someone found it, I anticipate that they would have posted so.

Have you tried generating your own sound effects with something like SFXR or BFXR perhaps?

I dunno what the megaman bullets sound like, so I'm just going to make some sounds and attatch them.

Edit: Here they are! I don't know how good they are for your needs though.

You'll have to convert them to mp3's.
