Hello,

I'm totally new to Stencyl.

Reading pages and pages of this thread I couldn`t find exactly what will be the Programming Language of the new 3.0 version.

Could someone on the Stencyl crew clarify me that? And since I'm a coder where can I get the language documentation?

Neither. The demand hasn't been there from users for us to spent too much time integrating the Windows 8 APIs.

Where is a features added list?- I believe there is direct  keyboard entry option, is there IME support so if your keyboard can enter foreign languages then Stencyl can support its display and if you putting foreign characters in a list then Stencyl can display that. Hopefully dragging and doubleclicking will work without special code.

Does anyone know if this will be coming out this summer?  I'm developing a game with Stencyl to come out in a month and I want to know if we can support HTML5.

HTML5 has some Haxe/NME issues that the other platforms don't and isn't feasible to use for mobile games at this time.  See this article for more details: http://www.stencyl.com/help/view/html5-publishing/

Though there was much time to port to other systems/platforms, not enough valid info was discussed about the PC at the time, therefore bringing the possible reason why newer/older PC features are not being prepared for right now along with HaXe/NME being one and Stencyl itself as another.

Really quick question about 3.0

It said in the first post that 3.0 WILL have a free version, and I am very curious: will that free version allow for android apps to be put on the market?

No, you'll need the mobile subscription to publish Android apps.
