3D Model Support via Flash?

I know that Flixel is the library that is used for Stencyl and everything goes to Flash, but since Flash has the support for it, is it possible for 3D support to be added? Sure, it's extremely hard compared to sprites and 2D, but it would still be easier to code than from scratch for devs, right? I think 3D support would be  very great addition if it's even possible.

I don't think so.
The stencyl people have no plans to implement any 3D. You could import a library stuch as Away3D or Stage3D, but that'd be very difficult to get to work, if not impossible due to the way the scene designer works.

try unity 3, its a free 3d game editer and physics engine.
also you can try blender, its a free (again) modelling program with the bullet physics engine.
(note: you need to know a bit of javascript/c#)
