how do I upload my game?

so I feel like a total noob, but how do I get my published game uploaded to this site. thanks.

While your game is open, hit the Publish "box" thing in the upper-right. Then, from the options, select Stencyl Arcade.

After uploading a lot of games, now that option is unable:
In the publish-stencyl menu but both options (arcade and StencylForge) are grey, and they won´t work.

Why can it be?

I wouldn't post in a thread this old, rather create a new thread. However, it could be because you are not connected to the internnet.
