Mobile Preloader [Jon]

Apparently, the built in preloader only functions for the web targets. We need to do something ourselves for mobile.

Working on this now. It's trickier due to what I said above. Hopefully not as painful as what I had to do with Sparrow, though.

Also, I think it makes sense to optionally allow you to display the "preloader" when switching scenes and dumping/reloading data, but this is entirely up to you. If you don't do it, it will be somewhat like 2.0 - it'll pause for a bit on a slower device. I notice many games nowadays doing this (as if they're dumping everything out and reloading it back in?), so it's an accepted norm.

Done with the first cut of this. It mimics the web preloader and uses everything from the preloader page this time around.

The only thing that's odd is that the loading times are so low that I hardly see this in the first place. Perhaps on a larger game, this will show up. But I can't complain about fast loading times, I guess.

(Remember that like before, loading time is ONLY when the loading bar appears. The splash does not count, as that's just the time it takes for Xcode behind the scenes to hook to the device.)

Tried it today with a large game (~80 MB).
No loading bar did show up. Tried it with all settings (bottom, center, top).

iPod 3 with iOS 5.

Not showing as in it loads so quickly that it never shows, or not showing but it's black while it's loading?

Not showing at all. The game loads a few seconds but the bar isn't showing up.
