Battle scene?

Okay, so just about everyone has played Pokemon, How would I go about making my game have battle scenes like that?

I am assuming you have a basic knowledge of stencyl and went through the pedia/tutorials.. if not, do it before moving ahead there is almost no way around it.

Well its straightforward so i don't really know how to explain and what your real doubt is... you can ask that in the next step if u want :P

You'll want a global/generic scene that takes in the two battling actors, and all of their required stats. Then display those stats accordingly. Then you want a couple of behaviors to act as the commands for the scene.
