Testing my game i built on a pc on my Ipad

Was looking around for a way to test my game on my ipad from windows, and am finding it not as easily as i did on a mac. Is it possible to test a game i build in windows on my Ipad?

You could probably do it on macincloud (http://www.macincloud.com/), the same way you would upload to the app store.
