Looking for a free and EASY music maker. Suggestions? [RESOLVED]

I have tried and failed to find a very nice music maker.
I tried MAGIX, but I got lost in its interface.
I also tried online music makers, but those suck.
The closest one I ever got to liking was PXTone, because I liked how you can import any sound and play it at any pitch like a sampler, but the pitch and note making interface wasn't good.
Is there any music maker out there that contains the following?
-sampler function (like PXTone)
-ability to record a song by playing notes from keyboard
-free and simple interface

He's looking to make music, not to pay someone to do it for him. At least be more subtle when you want to shamelessly plug your stuff.

Free software - Try Mulab! It's nothing like professional software but it is free and it comes with a bunch of its own instruments. I admit it may seem daunting at first but that's the same with any software.
I've used Musagi too, but Musagi isn't finished and does have a few issues beyond the fact that it's not made to make modern music, just retro/8bit music.

By the way, be careful with things like Magix, they have a kind of trap with the user license (but are not alone in that).

Buy a mac. use garageband.
Its free and easy to use.

You can try MuseScore. Even if you don't know music notation you can still fool around with it and create different songs, if you have a good enough ear. http://musescore.org/.

You could try the free version on Mulab. It's highly flexible.
