You made the list!

Wonder how that happened. I haven't had any contact with people running such a site. Cool, though.

This influences me to create a game on Stencyl ( even though Im not very good at it ) :P
But really, I like the blue-ish atmosphere it will be so awesome if you add more pretty stages to the game like that!

holy... first time i saw the gameplay on youtube, this is really nice. i really like the weapon sounds. only thing that i would improve is the jumping animations, they really look stiff and no fluid to me.

great project!

I saw the the Youtube video you posted and the art looks really good in motion. The screenshots don't do it justice.

thanks guys. I've made a few animated gifs just to show little isolated bits from the game that tell more than a screenshot can.

This is a mysterious door that seems to be looking back at you. Maybe try back later.

An alternate variety of the regular mutants.

This is a "bee hive". You shoot it, and monsters come out.

I plan to do some house cleaning soon on the original post here and update it with more recent info and media, since it's very outdated, I've just been a bit lazy.

Wow, holy fuck. I hadn't seen that. It's still strange to imagine other people are paying attention to anything I do.

I just finished "The Last of Us" and it addresses sort of the same emotional space I've been planning to in Ghost Song, (not precisely, but same general area of the heart) but it really made me realize I wasn't doing enough. So I've been re-approaching some of how I'm going to be tackling that area of the game. This mainly means expanding the first act and definitely committing to using voiceover actors for the limited dialogue in the game. I'm not doing this in the traditional RPG way, it's more ambient. People just say things, there's no button prompt or subtitles.

If anyone's a good actor let me know, btw. I have 3 roles to fill, male and female. Possibly 4 (I'm considering doing a secondary character myself, still undecided).

You might want to include optional subtitles in consideration of the deaf.
