Deleting or Removing a tile

Hello,

This may seem like a simple question, but I can't seem to figure out how to remove a tile once it's place other than undo-ing the action. Is there a way to remove a tile without using that action?

Thanks.

Do you mean on the scene? You can put in another tile, an empty tile, to erase that one.

If you mean during gameplay, it may be safer to create some actors that can act as tiles and then kill them.

Sometimes I've noticed that you can right click and then press delete, but sometimes it won't let me. I don't know thy that is. However, if you select that tile, you can drag it to double/triple/etc. it up with another tile(s). I hope this helps.

Just select the tile (or tiles) with the cursor tool and hit backspace/delete key.

It's better to do the delete option - some tilesets are not set up correctly and the "blank" tiles are still set up with solid collision groups. Nothing confuses players more than invisible walls where they don't expect them, lol.
