2 months almost? That's quite a lot of time to come up with something properly awesome.

The interesting thing is I think Jon said you may submit multiple entries. By that logic, you could submit 2 games by making games in 1 month or 3-4 games by making games in 2-3 weeks. Whether anyone would actually do that though is yet to be seen. But he did say from past experience a lot of good jam games are made in the span of a couple weeks.
Personally, I may already have a solid idea, and if I can solidify and code the fundamentals of the game in the next week here, I will probably end up going with that. I already jotted down a lot of ideas but I really like this one. It will definitely be a lot of work though, but with 2 months and the proper amount of discipline, I hope I can make it work. It's why I want to see if I can do some of the heavy logic here in the first week so I can be confident that it won't cripple development later.
