Background not filling screen?

Hi Guys

I imported my background which is 480 width and height of 320.

When I apply it to the scene it only fills the top left hand corner and doesn't fit as it's small,

I have checked the settings and the screen is set correctly in pixels.

You imported it at 1x, right? 480x320 is 1x and you need to be sure you specify when you import an image.

Specify the 1x scale before choosing your image.
