Question about the background

Hello

I'm new to this program, and I may have the dumbest question but it has been annoying me for hours now. I want a to put a background, but everytime I do, the position is set and I can drag the background around.. I mean I have a 3200x400 px scene, and I want to add a background image, but when I add it, the image automatically positions itself. I can't drag it around to fit it... is there a way around this?

In think not, try to modify your background in a Image editor like Photoshop so that the composition, height and weith are the ones you need.

The background (or foreground) image needs to be the same size as the scene.
