[Solved] Initiating Camera on Scenes Taller than Screen Bounds

I'm working on a scene where the height is several times the size of the screen.  I've been using a simple actor behavior with an Always loop to deal with camera follow in the past (http://puu.sh/2If1U.png) but for this scene I can't get the camera to snap to the actor.  I've also tried using a scene behavior to bring the camera to the player at the start, but that didn't seem to help.  Any suggestions?

EDIT: Got it figured out.  Should have realized that the Make self always active block wouldn't initiate on an inactive actor!
