Atlas Overhaul

I understand these are just suggestions however I feel the community and myself would love to see these features added.

As it stands now, atlases can't be loaded as a scene is active, only during the transition.
It would be great to be able to load atlases during a scene and to have an event for after the atlases have been loaded.

Also the option for no fade to black during scene transition. This combination would allow for a developer to build a level, fade transition into a loading scene which loads atlases in the background while displaying an image, and then immediately drop the player into gameplay from the loading screen without the need for a fade.

Just a suggestion though  ;) keep working hard we appreciate it.
