[SOLVED] Actors not spawning in Stencyl Arcade?

I have it so when I collide with an actor, theres a 50% chance of the enemy actor spawning. This worked perfectly fine when I tested it in Stencyl, but when I published it on the Stencyl Arcade they didn't spawn, at all. Any ideas what I did wrong? Or Just a bug?
