Not really sure what you mean. I assume you want to set a property to your spaceship so that it is invicible and can't be destroyed?
There are several ways. You can use a game attribute to indicate a specific setting and compare it during collisions.
Another way is to create another animation and set the sensor switch of the animation so that it doesn't activate the collision methods.
