Creating a behavior to drop the statues - not working

I'm studying the Stencyl book and things were going fine so far, but I got to the point where the statue was supposed to drop into the scene every three seconds (Time for action - creating a behavior to drop the statues), but no matter what I do, there's no sign of the statue at all. I went over the instructions over and over to make sure I did it right and I'm not finding any errors on my part, but the statue is not appearing. Is there some difference between Stencyl 2.2 and 3.x that I need to know about to make the drop behavior work, or is there something else I'm missing?

Never mind, I found a workaround. While I never did get it working in my own version of the tutorial, it did work when I downloaded and ran the example game file provided with the book. I can't figure out what I did differently, other than perhaps my level design, but...I don't know. I guess I'll just move forward. I tried to delete the topic but it didn't work...feel free to ignore this.
