Strange physic problem

Hi Jon,

I have a strange issue with physic.
To repro, launches the game with iOS, push the box to the left and don't release.
Does the same with Flashplayer. (with keyboard)

Look the difference   ???
How is this possible ?  ???

It might be a difference in the way the code's executing on the 2 platforms. Cannot Exit Screen may not be the best choice for a platformer since it directly sets positions to reset the object's position, and that overrides physics. It's great for overhead games, though.

You'll have much better luck sticking a very narrow strip of terrain (basically acts as an invisible wall) on the left edge of the screen instead. I tried this method, and it worked.

Or I could write a version that's "physics-safe"

I could look into why there's a difference but probably not tonight.

Hi Jon,

Yes I know, it's normally my method, make a little tile around the scene.
I tried differents things to see if the physics effects are the same in Flash and iOS just to take a look.

It's the only who's not the same, for the moment.
