i see logos that are trademarked or copy written   this has a high chance of being pulled out of the appstore or google play :/  i had an alarm clock that opened and played pandora internet radio... it was pulled even though i had no images related to pandora...the name was pandora alarm clock... however the name pandora is open to use

In creating this , we assert the rights under the "fair use" doctrine pursuant to United States copyright law and the equivalent in other jurisdictions such as UK and DK and FR. Just like all other applications like logo quiz etc.

I highly disagree..... apple and google they follow the law. Just try and search logo quiz or something like that, or GTA 5, COD or icon pop quiz. You might want to read up on the "fair use" doctrine. If you do something illegal then they will remove it. This app doesn't!

With what kind of application?

im not saying you would get into trouble.. just saying you may be pulled, i have read about the fair use... i had simple live wallpapers that have used super hero logos and have been pulled..

What was the exact reason for the removeal? If you read the App Store Review Guidelines it says:
If your App doesn't do something useful, unique or provide some form of lasting entertainment, it may not be accepted.

my apps.. that havent been removed...
superman, green lantern, transformers, thundercats, betty boop, marilyn monroe, and many others of my  live wallpapers were pulled

There's already an Apple App named ikon.

Did you already submit to itunes ?  If you indeed used ikon id imagine it will say name is in use.  Research before announcing, and personally, I'd wait until it's actually released in case of things changing and such.

When you create an app on itunes connect and google play the name you enter will be unavailable for others to use, so this isn't a thing I worry about, since that was done from the beginning. We named it iKon - Quiz.

Edit: Actually I very much recommend announcing new apps way before release. Why? Well because of this we've already receive two offers from big time publishers (iOS & Andriod), but right now I can't tell you who (because of a signed MNDA). However I can tell you that one of them has a publisher worth of 4 million $.
