External Device, camera, NFC, etc..

Hi All, i'm new on stencyl ..

I came from electronic (Arduino etc), and i want to create some game that integrate this technologies:
- Barcode Reader
- NFC (integrated device)
- NFC over bluetooth
- Other Serial Device on Bluetooth (or usb host for android)

Can i do that with stencyl ?
