Sorry to hear that, Warzone. I hope things turn around for you soon. Keep your idea around for next time.

Even though it's hard when you're upset, try to think in the long-term. This too shall pass.

I'll spare you the smiley emote.

I almost didn't get my game out due to some core-mechanic breaking bugs. I waited until the last day to fix this, while doing things like the sound and extra levels. I would NOT recommend fixing bugs that late in the process... stressful! But I'm happy to say I got it done and published late on Friday night :)

I wanted to put it on the Stencyl Arcade but the file size was too big.

Yeah. I think I donto think I knew enough to do something in time that would be decent enough for this. I had no idea how much time I would actually need to get this done. I would like to do this next year though, when I'm more experienced. Thanks for the help that I've got so far everyone. :)

It was fun to try to make a game from scratch in a short amount of time.  It was my first game using Stencyl so I had to learn it first.  My game has only gotten around 380 views compared to others in the thousands.  It is not in the Stencyl Jam 2014 list but comes up when you search tags for stencyljam2014.  Not a good game but I finished it.  Did everything myself except used a modified drumbeat from garageband for the music.  All done with free tools.  Now to try iOS game and buy Stencyl.

The judging is over: http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/1363673

Congratulations to the winners! It was a very interesting jam this time, with many high quality projects. I think the next jams will be even more challenging.

Congrats to everybody for taking part in this jam and a big thanks again to Newgrounds for hosting another great jam. The turnout was incredible, and there were many great games submitted.

For those wondering about what's next on this front, Ludum Dare 29 is coming up at the end of this month, so that's bound to be another great opportunity to make a game.

Past that, we're working on our next jam concept and experimenting with a short, themed jam to switch up our format a bit. But don't fret, if you like open-ended jams, we'll be running another for sure later this year too.

So many awesome games in this jam, Im really happy to see Spiderling get the top spot after a pretty low rating at first.

Congratulations to all winners, well done games!

(I got addicted to Gravity Den, I have to admit)
Sure, my games won't get better with all the new features of Stencyl.
But I do have more fun creating bad ones.

Congratulations to everybody.
I was hoping Yakuza Rising to finish on top 3.

Great games were on this Jam. I had much fun playing most of them.
Frisco made me laugh a lot!

I am really happy I was mentioned there as a "cool game":
"And so many cool games, several of which I still need to front page!".

I know I did participate with a demo only... with a lot of unfinished images and few bugs.
So thats a huge accomplishment for me! Specially as its my first game ever made!

Thanks to everyone and again: CONGRATS TO ALL!
