Haxelib.exe stopped working

In short: when I test a game, a pop-up window says: "haxelib.exe has stopped working", then this log pos up: http://i.snag.gy/gBip0.jpg, and finally the game loads. How to fix?
Stencyl 3.0.0 (b1000)
OS Windows Vista (alas, yes)
Stencyl log attached.

I can't tell if this does or will cause problem with my game (because I'm at a too early stage) or any other one (because read below).
Details: I previously had an earlier version of Stencyl (I believe 2.2), and it worked alright. Then I tried to install the ERC (http://community.stencyl.com/index.php/topic,23156.0.html), but it didn't work when testing the game due to some code issue, so I thought that downloading the latest Stencyl version would fix it. And it did, except that now that haxelib thing pops out. I tried to uninstall Stencyl completely (using Revo Uninstaller), and to re-install, but the thing persists.
Also, upon this last installation, all the sample games and starting kits are gone; how can I restore/where can I download them again?

This was a known issue prior to release. It only impacts Vista users and it's not entirely certain why it was happening. You can disregard it, it's never harmed me and is only a minor annoyance. I actually forgot about it because I switched recently to Windows 7.
I suspect that Vista just has a lower tolerance for the compiler doing its thing and thinks that it's frozen when it actually hasn't.

This is a known bug in the Haxe runtime. I've brought it up to the Haxe team before, but they said nothing could be done about it.

Ancalagon brought this question here at my suggestion, since I had no idea what the cause was. It's good to know that it's a harmless error message, and only occurs in Windows Vista. I'll keep that in mind for future reference.

How to run Stencyl on Windows Vista 64bit:

I`ve downloaded Stencyl  via Windows XP or other Computer System.  The installation file seems to be another version. Then I copied this version on a usb-stick. At last I installed the installation program on my window vista pc. Now I can work without haxelib.exe error!

After reading this, and having done pretty much all my Stencyl-ing on Vista thus far without problem (or I should say, without glitches, hehe), I can almost guarantee you I know what the problem is.

Are all of y'all downloading Stencyl (or any applicable extensions) using Internet Explorer or Firefox?

If so, don't unzip anything. Don't install anything. Right-click every file you download -before- doing either of these things, and click Properties->Unblock.

Now, right-click the installation file and choose 'Run as Admin', -not- just 'Run'.

What's happening is you're literally missing some files, that were supposed to be in your Stencyl folders, and were blocked/altered during installation, either because your system decided not to trust the download source, or because you didn't click 'Run as Admin'. And Vista is telling you that everything installed completely and correctly, when it didn't. It's especially frustrating because usually a program will still work... until it doesn't.
