Flash Game transfer to ios/Flash+Mobile

Hey everyone,

I've recently built a game using stencyl under the Flash option, the problem is I've been wanting to build a game for the ios, but just recently realized theres a ios option/flash+mobile. Will I still be able to launch the game on ios with the current flash version or did I have to build the game in the Flash+mobile option. Is there a way to transfer my work over to mobile.
