Make disabled button more obvious

In Stencylworks:

Buttons look always the same in their normal state, whether they're enabled or disabled. Only when the mouse is over a button you can tell it's disabled, because it doesn't draw the blue border.
This is confusing and doesn't look right, at least on Windows.

The disabled state should be more obvious.

You're free to alter GroupButton and GroupToggleButton to do this. On a Mac, it looks the way it should (grayed out text).

On linux it looks okay too. The best option is to make icon's opacity of disabled button to say 25%.

There are no impossible things. There is only lack of skills.
