Including already-made Haxe libraries and their compilation flags

How do I include non-Stencyl,  Haxe libraries and use their compilation flags in 3.1? I got a feeling this is possible...

Haxe libraries can be used in extensions, but I'm not sure what to do about compilation flags.

I know about the flags, only how do I use the libraries in Stencyl?

Make an engine extension and drop the files in.  Any .hx files are automatically included in your game.
