Logging in to admob account

I know this is not an extension issue; but I'm wondering if anyone else is having the following two problems:
1. As of 2 days ago,I now cannot log into my admob account; I keep getting a 403 error.
2. Admob ads no longer appear in my iOS and android version of my game "POPc"; even though for the first week of release admob ads used to show.

Is anyone having any of the above 2 issues?

Hi id8games,
It seems like AdMob has same issues with your account and maybe these issues are the reason your game doesn't display ads anymore. Try to use this page to contact the AdMob support: https://support.google.com/admob/v2/contact/account_upgrade_issues

Did you solve your issue? Did you contact the AdMob support?

I contacted Admob using the contact form you provided and I used another contact form.

"After reviewing our records, we've determined that your AdMob account has been terminated as it poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a responsibility to protect our advertisers from inflated costs due to invalid activity, we've found it necessary to disable your AdMob account......"

The frustrating this, is that Admob support does not give you enough information to work out what actually happened. So I have no idea why they terminated my account.

I've been emailing startapp.com trying to convince them to create an extension for Stencyl, as Admob now is not a viable solution for me anymore :(

I'm within days of launching my new app, and have no idea what to do for in game advertisements :(

"Generating invalid activity" means that AdMob thinks you were clicking on your own banners / interstitials to increase you CTR (Click Through Rate) and your revenue. If you weren't clicking on your own ads, perhaps some of your friends were repeatedly clicking on them. Keep in mind that a normal CTR goes from 1% to 3% for banners and goes from 5% to 15% for interstitials, so even if you click on a banner once every five ad requests, you will have a 20% CTR which is up to 20 times a normal CTR. If this happens for two or three days in a row, you will be banned from the network. Unfortunately AdMob is very strict in these situations. At this point if you want to use AdMob again, you will have to create a new account with another email address, but you have no way I know of to get your previous earnings. In the new AdMob extension for Stencyl, you will be able to use test ads to avoid this problem.
